But because English is not my first language, I confused the... It would be very complicated for me to hide behind words that I don't know. And so that's one thing. Some people use that as a way to appeal to authority because big words make you sound smarter. A lot of people are looking for guidance and they're looking to experts to give them that information to tell them what to do. If someone is using those big words, they just do sound like they know what they're talking
