Is There a Complementarity in Israeli Law Enforcement?

I'm not sure that what is really an issue is this matter of undermining the judicial independence, which can be won. I mean, it's much easier to destroy evidence and hide evidence of being culpable in something than being framed from A to Z in some certain indictment. It would be quite different if the Congress was drawing up a plan to gut the powers of the United States Supreme Court. That would discredit America's judicial system in the eyes of the world more than just the hot air coming from a politician,. Even the politician who heads the government.
