The Fed Is Making Headway on Inflation
Investors are expecting the Fed to also indicate that the soft pivot has in fact taken place by telegraphing that they are making some headway on inflation. It's even possible that we could get a surprise from the Fed and that they only hike by 50 basis points. The Bank of Canada did that already last week. So maybe the Federal Reserve will do the same thing.
