Connecting to Community
So the idea that you can reach really far and feel connected with those around you, but also creating this safety. And now continuing with this idea of connecting to community, we're going to take a moment to connect in a way by sending thoughts of love and kindness towards others. So bringing to mind someone or something, a pet that you have an uncomplicated relationship with, but you feel safe with. May you feel healthy and strong. Now broadening that to maybe your inner circle or your local community around you, maybe that's your neighborhood. Imagineing all those people, may you feel safe and secure. Then even further out, sending thoughts to the entire world.May everyone,
