The Importance of Prayer in Prison

Panel: How are you able to stay sane and be somewhat productive in the moment I guess. You know that's that's a crazy thought to have like in the midst of everything is just like I still have to pray. And so panel I want to move along to your experience in background. From a previous interview that you memorize sort of the black or a while in captive in background, as we understand was probably the worst part of your experience. We said that you saw two people beaten to death in this prison facility.
