The Importance of Use Values in a Planned Economy

Otto Noorat, who was an Austrian socialist, is called in the Austro-Hungarian War economy. He makes a comparison between the organized nature of the trusts compared to the anarchy of the market. After the war, what Noorat suggests is that you can potentially use a similar system, but for peaceful ends. And he then meets resistance from what will later be known as the Austrian School of Economics.
