The number of b b ls performed globally since 20 15 has risen 77 %. Do we know who is getting thi surgery? Is it largely white women, or are we seeing women of color do it too? We don't really know because so many of these operations are performed in the sort of random, shady clinics. It's very much targeting a certain working class woman. This surgery is marketed to the people who arguably have a big butt naturally, and then we're also taunted for it.
