The Problem of Vickrams in the City
Wickrams had been operating in the city since 19 70. They were operating fairly all right, until two thousand when the national transport office introduced a new set of actors in transport - private city passage. And because you can't give them the relevant permit, they become illegal or informal. So with that, after that court ruling, the thing was that the opression of virams should have stopped. The court has ruled. And now what to do? But the way the government controls transport, or many other things, is that there is intreatingly this collapse op for legislative and judiciary into executive edecutive making decisions.
