I think it's funny that you're messing with your customers by doing DME batches. It'd be fun to go and try those. I remember way, I forget what they call it over in England. They used to have or maybe they still do,. you know, home brewing kits that literally were like hopped extractthat you would just blend with warm water, chill, and then ferment. That sounds so gross to me, but, but he don't know if I've ever had one actually.
