I just love that biofeedback connection because it is something where, you know, if you are used to looking at the numbers. And I'd love to unpack this idea of competency based adaptive coaching. What does it look like in action? Great question. This is probably my favorite topic. My hope is that this becomes a movement. If we could really transform PD into this like adaptive competency based coaching and professional learning.
