It's an incentive by which if you are listing all materials that are in existence in a building that you are going to refurbish or demolish and you list them on a material-over-use platform. You can then be fast-tracked on the planning decision. The developer will know quite quickly if the new building or the refurbished building is approved, which means saving on time. It is still an idea, so it's not completely formed as yet, but it is something that we were very proud as a group and we really hope to keep developing it.
