Pilots didn't train the pilots that systems varied plane to plane, he says. The aircraft lost its structural integrity before crashing due to excessive speed and G forces outside of its tolerances for flight of flight limitations. There was a tropical storm lateral to the path of the flight made by the aircraft but it did not enter the storm area during the flight.
