Police chief James Fry held his first press conference on Wednesday, again, three days after the murders. It started to feel like he was going back on this initial statement that the community was safe when he was pressed by reporters. The crime took place around four in the morning and then eight hours passed with no other incidents. If the killer wanted to continue harming others, why wouldn't they have taken the opportunity before anyone was on the hunt for them?
