The people with higher body fat percentage did not have any impairment in terms of their ability to put on lean mass going through the same exact intervention. But they were more likely to have a bit of a recomposition effect. Where as they gaining that same amount of of lean mass, they were, in fact, losing some fat mass along the way. So again, that is indicating that, in terms of this whole p ratio idea, it was actually better gains for the people who had higher body fat Percentage at base line.
