Languishing is an emotional state in which you don't really realize how bad the state is, right? Because you can't experience the emotions inth same way. And that's one of the reasons you don't like take action on it. I think i did something similar, which is to say, at least, ok, those were symptoms of languishing. That's a real thing. There's nothing wrong with me. There's something wrong in my circumstances. It made it much easier to find some self compassion.
