Is It Depression or Anxiety?

People are around, they fee distracted. They're trying to manage their kids. Ther may be trying to work from home. I this was no when kids were learning at home. So there's a lot of change, and there's a general sense of lack of control over a lot of things. And so it's very hard. To kind of determine whell, is this just depression ecause it's, you know, n like january and there's snow on the ground, and i can't go outside because it's january 20 21 and no one's vaccinated? Or january 20 22, when people are vaccinated?
