The Contrast Between the Showbiz Prime Ministers and the Tory Leader
It's an interesting contrast. Boris had to sit there yesterday for three and a half hours without telling any jokes. It was sooner happened without the Prince of Denmark. There he was on television in front of a big audience to compare it with when he presented, have I got news for you? And the contrast is extraordinary, isn't it? But also think it's quite interesting that some of the prime ministers who are very different from the Johnson model were emphatically not showbiz. They too did not last very long, did they?
