The connection between thought, emotion, physical state and performance can become cyclical. Your body is a function of the state that your emotions are in, and your emotions are a function of how you think. Once i under once i communicate that, and people really begin to think about it, the necessity of being darned careful about how you think becomes rather obvious. And then, and then we can work on optim sing that thought process so as to optimize the mood, soas to optimize the state of the body,. So as to positively influence the execution that's important to us.
