Using Delegates in a Delegated Test

Instead of egistering the interface, you'r just registering the delegate itself. So that stands out, lok, cleanoug. I dont another u use for it. And i'm sure we'll come on talking about testing in a minute,. But one of my real pet hates is having system date, time now baked into a class, because you just can't test it.
