We sat down with Richard to talk more about usability testing in general and the benefits and challenges of usability labs. He explains how a lab is essentially two rooms with a one way glass between them. One of the biggest problems, any one that's been in a usability lab or two will probably tell you that the biggest problem is ventilation.
