Both both mashes got a 60 minute rest, one at 180 Fahrenheit, 82 C, the other one at room temperature 76 Fahrenheit, 24 C. I boiled both of the words for 60 minutes and added a bittering edition, which was five grams of Magnum. Again, that was to around 12 IBUs. And another thing here is I had heard that you don't want to over bitter a non alcoholic beer. So even getting to like 20 IBUs could create a bitter bomb.
