Being a victid is quite costly, not just for you as an dual, but for society as a whole. People can't access basic needs if they don't have the very foundation of of a roof over their heads or shelter. I think that if we had a really strong set of stabilizers, in terms of direct checks and employment insurance, that might help with a lot of the eviction waves that we see in recessions. And i think my only concern with housing support, or rental support, is that we don't have great mechanisms for getting that support out the door.
