Inclusion in belonging, which is one of the corpsoverning principls at service. And i firmly believe the language and enabling other languages is one of the most inclusive things that you can do. Third and last trend i'm seeing is actually inclusive language. We have wento some efforts at service now to remove specific labels and specific terms that don't reflect who we are as accompanies. So lots of good changes, lots of momentum in the industry.
