The Cost of Keeping More State and More History on the CRDTs

The OR set works by tracking a specific element for each addition and then removal. It can remove tombstones that kind of have existed earlier than that time. This allows us to create less garbage, right? Because the challenge of doing the garbage collections on the CRDTs without coordination is really hard.
