Tennis Analytics: A Different Way of Thinking
Tennis analytics is a way of grading players ability to hold serve which would then translate into a price. You can use whole percentage and break percentage across the surface for the server and the returner. Regarding court speed it's important to say I don't really care why a court is fast or slow but generally that there's always the same tendencies as to why this occurs. The authorities use quite generic descriptions about courts so a hard court they'll say okay they're the best player in the hard court but what they don't tell you is that there's several court manufacturers as well who manufacture that hard court. Each will have their own tendency, different types of balls at one tournament and not another
