Is There a Public Space in Politics?

I wonder if maybe Benio means evaluation of spectacle wasn't a kind of implicit or explicit, maybe reversal of Aristotle's devaluation of it. I don't know how I necessarily square that with it being a partisan public space. Does he have, do you understand what I'm saying? Yeah, I do understand.
