Designing a Digital Service Delivery?

i think a digital service delivery, because it is so relatively easy to connect with an end consumer, i think things like tone become really important. To actually feel like a welcomed em ting, if you will, is really important. I can think of a great example of that, which is when one of my favourite pieces of work that ido ever got to work on is ed dot org. It was this entire educational service about all your options for m, preventative preventing wanted and planned pregnancies. Everything was delivered digitly. M and simmothy's tone was absolutely critical.
