The Rain of Foxes

A lot of organizations hire the way that they you know, they acquire personnel. They want kind of agreeable people who are really good at following and enforcing rules. Like there's a children's book title here, the Fox in the long house or the rain of Fox. And so we're seeing the rain of foxes right now because they're the ones whose personality sets are optimized to get the incentives currently handed out by the system.
