In his new book, i talk about we're really good at getting to where we need to go. We don't spend enough time thinking about where we want to go in the first place. I think that tension between what we might call persistence, perseverance, grit and thoughtfulness, mindfulness, a uncertainty, wandering right at declaration is key. The other word, i would use this, flourish you. Flourish when you can harness your skills. Ors is better than happy. Rigt like flourishing you, right? Its means your harnessing your skills in the direction that you want to use them.
