The Importance of Money in the Workplace
The cliche is that being an electrician or plumber, you make great wage and great income and therefore you spend a lot of money. What's been your experience? Is that reality in people around you? And I think the biggest thing that I've seen is with our apprentices, I guess the younger generation coming through. You come out of high school, say, 18 years old, and it bamboozles me how you do not learn about finance at high school. So yeah, I sort of see both sides of it on site anyways, especially with our apprentices.
