How to Be a Successful Coach

A lot of people get so focused on their routine that when their routine gets busted, they don't know how to react. You have this skill set that's unbelievable because you're resilience. How do you teach that? It's not easy to teach. A lot of people aren't coachable. Sometimes I'm not coachable, but then I catch myself and thinking, okay, wow, hold on a minute. We start small. And it only starts with one thing,. Like, I don't need you to change your whole life overnight. But like, there's a win, right? Get a win, start with a win. Then we'll keep adding things to it.
