Michael V. 8, Pahlia Logus was the ruler who reconques Constantinople in 1261. Huligu, with an enormous Mongol army in the Caucasus and northern Syria, wants the Byzantines to submit. It's a very blurred the actual agreement that was reached. The Mongols at this time, at least wouldn't accept anything else. So something happened then.
