The Value of a Preacher
Paul says that everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame. There's no distinction between Jew and Greek for the same Lord as Lord of all bestowing his riches on all who call on him. The preacher goes out there and declares forgiveness of saying this through Jesus Christ and people come to believe it.
