The Death of Jesus
Pilate ordered the tomb to be made secure until the third day lest his disciples go and steal him away. Jesus cried with a loud voice, Elle Elle, Lamasabaktani. That is, my God, my God. The robbers who were crucified with him also reviled him in the same way. A rich man from Aramathia named Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen shroud. He rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb and departed. Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were there, sitting opposite the tomb.
