Jane Street's Open Source Program for Underrepresented Minorities in Tech
Jane Street runs a program for underrepresented minorities in tech called InFocus. The percentage of women who go through this program who then end up in one of our internship or then come back full time is something like 20%. We're using 20% of the people who go through the program eventually come to the Jane Street internship. There's really a lot of impact to have on the firm's hiring. It's nuts.
