How to Work With a Good Athlete

A good athlete to me is like they will respond to their environment. So I think the clearest example would be the way you elevate like someone's heels and a good athlete will understand that and just like the other drops straight down into a squat. Whereas sometimes you'll have someone doing a really hingy squat and you'll elevate their heels and they just, they don't really understand how to responds to their environment as well as it's changing around them. That's when I'll push them back against a wall or something like that and just give them some more references and to give them a better understanding of where they are in space.
