How to Deal With Tenant Improvement TI
It's a beautiful old building. Looks like an old office tower. How many stories does it have? It has six and then we're putting a rooftop bar and restaurant. The restaurant will be open by the end of June. A $2 million renovation. Yeah, all class A so far everything's been triple net. And then we're going to step it down as we pay off some of the tenant improvement that went over what we were allotting.
