Would You Subscrib to the Shadow?

Yungan: Any part of yourself that you can't love is going to present itself in what they would call a shadow. The parts of ourselves that we deny will come out one way or another, i think the thing about the shadow work makes a tremendous amount of sense to me. We're all killers, like we can find the hitler in each of us. And i don't think that everybody is repressing a killer inside of them. That's the part of shadow that i d l em, that we can find all the aspects of humanity inEach of us. But it doesn't mean that we're all repressing this kind of horrible, negative thing inside of us.
