How to Deal With Frustration

It's the sort of thing you just got to accept. And I think a big part of handling this frustration thing is recognizing them. Recognize it, put a name to it and be self aware about the impact it has on you. People who complain a lot and get frustrated and burnt out and have shitty attitudes, it's like cancer, it spreads,. It's contagious. You can excuse yourself when people start complaining. You can be the positive source of energy in the room.
