How to Tell a Story

I was brought in to manage a project that was two months behind schedule. Most of the people didn't speak English and I only spoke English. Know what it is you are trying to say and make sure you say it. Communicate which means have a conversation, build on what the person is saying. And then be concise. If you know what you want to say, you don't have to give the fluff around it.
