The forty hour work week is kind of just going away. Like, people want to beable to go to their kid socker games at any time of the day and get their work done whenever they have time. You cant just go take a forty five minute nap, or whatever you need to do, come back and then smash the rest of the day. It's like, hay, i built a nine figure company.
