Gary Gensler is the head of the SEC and wants to be Treasury Secretary. He's been saddling up to Elizabeth Warren for her endorsement if he gets that job. "Based on everything I've seen, I have zero respect for Gary Gensler or that entire institution" If there was any justice or accountability in the US regulatory system, whoever oversaw the SEC should be gone because of their absolute failure to actually encourage this area of innovation.
