The effective processing is so incredibly strong that we cannot use data for raw foods and assume there will be a similar amount of B5 in the cooked food. So, with that said, using only foods that have been cooked the way people usually consume them, I came up with five tiers of how to get B5 from food. Tier 1 yields 10 milligrams in one serving.
