Seven Women Sue Yale University for Stealing Fentanyl Vials at a Fertility Clinic

Seven women have filed a lawsuit against Yale University medical school. The women say they were given saline instead of fentanyl. Donna told investigators that she started stealing fentanyl and replacing it with saline in June 2020 when the clinic was located in a suburb of New Haven. About half the patients in the lawsuit say they experienced severe pain before June 2020, some as far back as 2017.
