The Importance of Human Capital in Investing

The average American lives in a home for four to five years. Why not take a huge amount of debt out, which is arguably immunized by your salary to make a massive levered purchase of a risk asset? You know, it's probably from a path dependency perspective far, far, far safer than levering up equities. But my guess is if I could lever up some properties in my early twenties or at least one property that I would go,. maybe it won't keep up with the market, but the total levered exposure I'm getting without the path dependency risk might be worth it.
