I've never carried condoms around in my pocket unless it's over-taught. But if there's ever a chance of it, I've always got one on me. Japan doesn't really have any pickpockets - you can be safe. Slurping noodles works because it cools down the noodles but they're very unpleasantly noisy about it. Does not use a proflecting filter which is disgusting.
