The Mac OS Terminal Emulator

For Mac OS, the biggest game you get when you install iTERM is a different terminal. The G shell is quite popular, largely compatible with bash. There's also the conch shell as I say, XON dot. If you're looking, if you're willing to give up POSIX, then this is like literally Python in the shell.
