The Supreme Court's Decision in Montgomery v. Louisiana Leaves Open the Chance of Judges Sentencing Juvenile Offenders to Life Without Pardon

The Pew Research Center released a report stating that public support for the death penalty was the lowest it's been for 45 years. All three states with death penalty referendums voted in favour of capital punishment. In Florida, where my brother is currently in prison, many of those serving juvenile life of their parole sentences have been resentenced to life. It is too soon to tell if these Supreme Court decisions will result in reduced sentences for juvenile offenders.
