The Strange Smell of Bird Shit

Bedford Row and Limerick at the moment just smells like bird shit because there's hundreds of thousands of birds gathering around the trees. Liam of Flaherty was born in 1896 he was from the Aron Islands of the west coast of Ireland. His work exemplifies the Irish short story tradition. He is considered one of Ireland's greatest writers but his books are now out of print.
