Haitian Government Does Not Meet Minimum Standards for the Elimination of Trafficking
Human trafficking does occur in haiti, and the nation has been making progress in recent years. The government did not meet the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking but is making significant efforts to do so. But i don't think that haides population density rules out zompification as one of the forms of human trafficking that takes place there. I suspect the number of working zambes is smaller than often believed, and hopefully it's getting even smaller as human trafficking efforts improve.
